Welcome to the Build Your Business programme.
On this course, you will:
- learn about the Business Model Canvas,
- create and define your business model,
- learn how to explain your business clearly,
- create an action plan,
- discover what it will take to start or grow your business,
- and decide if starting or expanding your business is the right next step for you to take.
Our partner Olly Ashton of Turning Point will guide you through seven easy-to-follow modules. If you click on the Materials Tab above, you will find all of the resources you need to get started – click download and press print. We also recommend having a stack of post it notes, in an array of colours, and some pens ready to go.
To begin the programme, click the link for Module 1 – The key elements for building your plan below. This will lead you to the first video, where Olly will explain the course and the Business Model Canvas in more detail.
Once you’ve watched each video, don’t forget to click ‘Mark Complete’. This will open the path to the next module and help you to keep track of your progress.
